• Reservations: Reservations requests may be made immediately after purchase, please call 1-866-405-5510. We'll send you by email the reservation request that you need to sign and fax it back. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your hotel voucher including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card is required on file for this package even if you pay with PayPal for any cancellation, modification, no-tour or no show charges.
  You must provide a minimum 14-day notice when scheduling your travel dates; and all reservations are subject to hotel availability. No more than 4 total guests may travel on this package. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date of this package.
• Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
  If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.
• Shuttle Service: Some resorts/hotels offer complimentary scheduled transportation service to the theme parks. We cannot guaranteed scheduled time, No reimbursement for alternative transportation. For Shuttle information please contact the resort/hotel directly.
• Hotel Taxes/Resort fee: Estimated taxes of $12 per nigth per room paid upon check-in. Ttaxes & resort fees are estipulated & charged directly by the hotel/resort. BestResorts4Less cannot have control on this and we won't reimbursed any taxes difference.
• Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ No-shows: Vacation packages are non-refundable.All confirmed booking will be charged the first night (price vary per resort) if a confirmed booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice of your travel date. Any modification or cancellation to a confirmed reservation will be charge a processin fee. Full package will be charged if the customer does not show up at the hotel at the confirmed date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. Each additional reschedule will be subject to a $35 reschedule fee.

Q. Why such a sensational deal?
A. BestResorts4Less has advance arrangements with major vacation ownership resorts. Through volume discounts with hotels and other vacation properties, the Resort Sponsor is able to offer a price that is not available to the general public. Since you will be attending the 90 minute resort preview tour, the sponsor realizes that you or an acquaintance may be interested in their ownership offerings. You are under no obligation to buy or join anything. Your decision, regardless of choice is expressly honored and respected. The tour agents are there to help you have a great time and enjoy your resort tour. Many of our clients have told us the tour was one of the highlights of the trip!  

Q. Are all travel dates available?
A. Choose your OWN dates of travel!
Your travel package has no blackout dates, however some travel periods are more requested than others and dates do sell out from time to time. As with any travel you may reserve, it is wise to request as far in advance as possible when requesting travel dates, particularly at peak or holiday periods. All reservations are subject to availability. We request 2 travel dates. If any travel date is not available you will have one year to use it. You can change to any other destinations we have in the USA or in the Caribbean. 

Q. How do I make my reservations?
A. Reservations can be made immediately after package purchase. In order to ensure the best service possible, you must make your reservation requests with at least 14 days either by phone, by mail, or by fax. For reservations details please call us at 1.866.404.6677

Q. When are my travel dates confirmed?
A. After you make a request for travel dates it will take 72 hours to received the confirmation from the Resort/hotel. We work directly with the vacations clubs, hotels & resorts. Our clients are #1 priority, we know how important are your vacation and we are committed to help you plan your vacations without any surprises or problems.

Q:  This is my firs time buying a discount vacation package. How this works?
A:  After your purchase we'll make the hotel reservations for you. Once is confirmed we'll send you the hotel voucher to your email. We have a Reservations Department team working for you with more than 10 years of experience. You are dealing with a real travel agency we are not only a broker company for the resorts. With this vacation package the only difference is that you have to attend to the presentation in exchange for this great deal.  

Q:  What documents do I have to bring with me when I check in?
A:  The hotel voucher that it will be sends to your email. The resorts & hotels request a credit card for any incidental charges. You can call the resorts/hotel prior your check in to reconfirm your reservation once you have the hotel voucher from us.  

Q:  Do I have to bring my income taxes to prove my income?
A:  At the moment of the reservation your individual or combined annual income will be ask as a way to qualify you for this offer. At the tour you will be ask the same question just for information purposes and to validate that you qualify for the offer but no documentation will be required.   

Q:  What's the catch?
A:  There is no catch. This is a real vacation package from a real travel agency. The only condition to get this sensational price is that you have to take the 90 minute presentation.  

Q:  Can I bring my kids to the tour?
A:  If you are married or living together, both husband and wife have to attend to the sales presentation. If you are traveling with kids you can take them with you to the tour; normally the sponsor resorts have kids room with playgrounds, crayons, toys and supervised activities.  

Q:  Can I purchase more nights or other destinations?
A:  Yes. We have packages with more nights and/or also you can buy additional nights from us. We'll send you a invoice true PayPal for the difference. Q:  Can I buy more than 1 package or room?
A:  These promotions are not available for groups. We follow the vacation club restriccions and if you need more rooms we have other options to accommodate all your family or friends with excellent price.      

Q:  What if I need to change my travel dates or cancel my vacation package?
A: All vacation packages offered by BestResorts4Less can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The vacation package is non-refundable with the only exception that your reservation cannot be confirmed; in this case will refund 100%. If for any reason you cannot use this package on the original travel dates, the package will place on hold for 1 year to use it at any time.
