Privacy of user information
We collect only the pertinent information necessary to sign you up as a member, make and confirm your reservation. We do not sell, rent, or give away user information except in cases where you specifically request it. You will never be tricked into signing up for anything. Options to receive more information will always be clearly explained to you and your participation in any promotion is strictly optional. The information you see posted on the Web site is all anyone outside of our company sees.

Travel Related Services
To provide you with a single source for purchasing resort vacations that include other travel related services we have entered into agreements with select reputable third party travel companies that aggregate inventory information from suppliers. If you desire to purchase a package that is facilitated through BestResorts4Less you will be linked to a BestResorts4Less branded website that is hosted by the travel company. If you choose to purchase a package, it is necessary for you to provide personally identifiable information to execute the purchase. This information is then provided to the suppliers (e.g., resorts) for processing. We have entered into contracts with these third party travel companies requiring that they secure your personally identifiable information as well as use it only to execute the transactions you request. The same security and privacy commitments have been obtained from the suppliers. However, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you have supplied directly to a supplier in any manner in the past or in the future is subject to their privacy statement and practices for which BestResorts4Less has no responsibility.

The Use, Storage and Security of Information
Our website uses "cookie" technology. "Cookies" are encrypted strings of text that a website stores on a user's computer. Our website requires the use of a cookie throughout the online reservation process. Without cookies we will not be able to keep information you enter on multiple pages together.
We do not use cookies to ascertain any payment information such as credit card number, expiration date, etc. Cookies do not corrupt or damage your computer, programs, or computer files.

You may set your browser to block cookies (consult the instructions for your particular browser on how to do this), although doing so will adversely affect your ability to perform certain transactions, use certain functionality and access certain content on our website.

Conditions of contact by BestResorts4Less
As a registered BestResorts4Less client, you'll receive our e-mail newsletter and any other offer information that you request. Additionally, you may receive e-mails associated with your activities on the site such as travel confirmations, updates to your itinerary, and information associated with other trips you have taken or requested as an answer in response to your inquiry.

Vacation Packages Conditions:

• Your accommodation reservations will be confirmed by BestResorts4Less. The Resort Sponsor of the chosen destination may confirm your resort preview tour time and place in advance or upon arrival. These vacations are guaranteed by credit card. Please note that your credit card has already been processed for the cost of these vacation packages.
• You must provide a minimum 14-day notice when scheduling your travel dates; and all reservations are subject to availability. No more than 4 total guests may travel on this package. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date of this package. 
• Your failure to attend the preview tour and meet the required qualifications will result in your credit card being charged for the full retail rate of accommodations associated with the use of this package by the Resort Sponsor or BestResorts4Less. You also acknowledge that the details of participation were explained to you when the package was purchased, and you have previously authorized BestResorts4Less to charge your credit card for the total cost of this vacation package. BestResorts4Less and the Sponsoring Resort(s) are separate and unaffiliated entities.

Cancellation or No Show Policy: Vacation packages are non-refundable.All confirmed booking will be charged the first night  (price vary per resort) if a confirmed booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice of your travel date. Any modification or cancellation to a confirmed reservation will be charge a processing fee. Full package will be charged if the customer does not show up at the hotel at the confirmed date.

BestResorts4Less is not responsible should a destination become unavailable due to an act of God or any other circumstance outside of our control. BestResorts4Less. will offer an alternative destination in the event such a circumstance occurs.
